WE CAN GET A LIST FROM THEM OF WHAT THE NEIGHBORHOODS ARE, BUT WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY DREW THE LINES. IN OTHER WORDS, I'M CONSIDERED, AND MR. THIS MORNING, MIRACULOUSLY, I DID GET SOME THINGS FROM VISIONS, BUT IT'S A 60-PAGE HANDBOOK THAT EXPLAINS THEIR CODES AND SO FORTH, BUT DOESN'T EXPLAIN HOW THEY APPLY THOSE CODES TO ANYTHING, AND WHERE THEY CAME UP WITH THE NEIGHBORHOODS THAT IS COSTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD 1.3 TIMES WHAT OUR ASSESSMENT IS. IN OTHER WORDS, IT SEEMS LIKE THEY'RE DOING AN UNFAIR PRACTICE OF ASSIGNING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD A HIGHER VALUE THAN OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS, AND HAVE NO EXPLANATION WHY. I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSCORE MR.
