MOST OF THEIR CLIENTELE ARE IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, AND THEY HAD THEIR CUSTOMERS ASKING FOR THEM TO LOCATE THEIR BUSINESS IN PRINCE GEORGE, AND THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE APPOINTMENT ONLY WORKOUTS WITH SMALL GROUPS AND FOR INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING, AND A SMALL PORTION OF ONE OF THE UNITS WOULD BE OCCUPIED BY JACLYN TO PROVIDE HAIR, SKINCARE, WAXING, SPRAY TAN SERVICES BY ALSO BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

SO THIS IS FLOOR PLANS DOESN'T SHOW LIKE WHAT ACTUALLY WOULD GO ON INSIDE THE SPACES JUST THE SIZE OF THE SPACES.

THERE'S THREE UNITS OF THE BUILDING, AND SO THEY'RE COMBINED FOR THE SPACE THAT THEY WILL HAVE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PURPOSE, AND THERE'S NOT A LOT OF COMMENTS ON THIS.

WE HAVE RECOMMENDED A FEW CONDITIONS.

THESE ARE PRETTY STANDARD CONDITIONS.

WE JUST NEEDED TO MOVE.

SO WE MOVED INTO COLONIAL HEIGHTS.

RIGHT NOW WE HAVE THE TIME.

WE'RE LOCKED INTO OUR LEASE FOR A LITTLE BIT LONGER, AND SO WE'VE REALLY WANTED TO BE BACK IN PRINCE GEORGE BECAUSE THAT'S WHERE OUR COMMUNITY IS WITH BOTH OF OUR CLIENTS, AND THAT'S WHY WE'RE JUST REALLY INTERESTED IN THIS BUILDING, AND THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR OUR CLIENTS THAT WE DO HAVE THAT LIVE ON A DIFFERENT SIDE OF THE COUNTY, OR MAYBE IN HOPEWELL OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

PUBLIC EDUCATION, AS YOU KNOW, IS LIMITED WITH HAVING THE CHRISTIAN MORALITY VALUES, AND THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WE WANT TO BASE THE SCHOOL ON.

WE WANT PEOPLE TO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL OPTION IN THE COUNTY.

WE ARE RESIDENTS HERE, AND WE HAD SELECTED TO HOMESCHOOL OUR KIDS BECAUSE THERE IS LIMITED OPTIONS FOR WHAT WE WANT TO.

IN ADDITION, KIDS NEED MORE ACTIVITIES, HANDS ON ACTIVITIES.

HANDS ON LEARNING, EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING, DIFFERENT METHODOLOGIES, APPROACHES THAT NEED TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE EDUCATION SYSTEMS THAT I AM A HUGE, HUGE FOUNDER AND BELIEVER INTO, AND SO THAT'S WHY WE WANT TO OPEN THE SCHOOLS SO THAT PARENTS HAVE MORE OPTIONS.

DO I HAVE ANY COMMISSIONERS WHO HAVE QUESTIONS? I DON'T. THE ONLY QUESTION THAT I NOTICED ALL OF THE PRECEDING DOCUMENT WAS BASICALLY TALKING ABOUT THE PRE AND POST SCHOOL.

I NOTICED YOUR ACTUAL PLANS ALSO INCLUDE BUDGETING FOR A CAMP COST FOR PEOPLE THAT NEED ALL DAY CARE FROM 8 TO 3 P.M..

IS THAT INCLUDED IN PART OF YOUR ESTIMATED COUNT OF THE 40 TO 50? YES, YES.

SO THE CAMPUS FOR SUMMER.

SO THE SCHOOL HOURS WILL BE A ROUTINE, THE SCHOOL HOURS.

THEN WE'LL HAVE A BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE BECAUSE A LOT OF PARENTS HAVE SHARED WITH ME THE LIMITATIONS OF HAVING THOSE RESOURCES FOR THEM.

SO THEY STRUGGLE WITH GETTING KIDS TO SCHOOL AND THEN, YOU KNOW, WITH THE BUS TRANSPORTATION ISSUES AS WELL.

SO THAT WAS ONE OF THE THINGS THAT WAS SHARED WITH ME ABOUT THE SCHOOL.

IN ADDITION, THEY WOULD NEED SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, AND SO WHEN THEY HAD THE SUMMER PROGRAM, THAT IS THE SAME AMOUNT OF NUMBERS FOR CHILDREN, BUT IT ALLOWS FOR A DIFFERENT EDUCATION SYSTEM TO BE OFFERED IN THE SUMMER PROGRAMS. SO THEY WOULD STILL BE THE SAME HOURS.

IT'S JUST A DIFFERENT GROUP OF STUDENTS AT THAT POINT.

YEAH, I WAS JUST ASKING FOR CLARIFICATION, BECAUSE MY FIRST THOUGHT WHEN I LOOKED AT THIS IS IT'S SIMILAR TO A HOMESCHOOL PROGRAM IN A CENTRALIZED MANNER IS WHERE MAYBE PARENTS THAT WORK THAT CAN'T HOMESCHOOL COULD PUT THEIR CHILDREN INTO THAT TYPE OF AN ENVIRONMENT.

RIGHT. YES. IT WOULD JUST BE A SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM WHERE THEY WOULD DO STEAM, FOR INSTANCE; THAT WOULD BE THE FOUNDATIONS FOR THIS YEAR.

THERE WAS A PUBLIC HEARING AND A PROFFER AMENDMENT RELATED TO CROSS POINT PROPERTY.

THAT WAS JUST REALLY A CHANGE TO CLARIFY ONE OF THE PROFFERS.

AS THE OWNER OF THAT PROPERTY PURSUES DEVELOPING IT.

THAT IS WHAT WE HAD ON THE BOARD UPDATES, AND UPCOMING CASES.

WE'VE PROVIDED A PREVIEW OF THE THREE UPCOMING CASES.

THEY ARE A SUBDIVISION WAIVER AND A REZONING THAT THE REZONING IS THE PERRIN'S LANDING REZONING THAT BOTH OF THOSE WERE RESCHEDULED FROM SEPTEMBER 26TH, AND THE THIRD CASE, SCHEDULED FOR NEXT MONTH, IS A REZONING AMENDMENT RZ-24-07.

SO I CAN PROVIDE UPDATES ON OUR ONGOING SPECIAL PROJECTS.
