THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS APPROXIMATELY 0.9 ACRES IN SIZE.

IT'S LOCATED ON ALLIN ROAD, WHICH IS OFF OF COURTHOUSE ROAD.

AND THE TAX MAP NUMBER IS PROVIDED THERE.

AND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN INDICATES THE PROPERTIES PLANNED FOR VILLAGE CENTER LAND USES.

THERE IS THE, AERIAL VIEW SHOWING THAT THIS IS THE BUILDING ON THE LEFT IN THE CLUSTER OF THREE BUILDINGS NEAR THE ROUNDABOUT AT ALLIN ROAD AND COURTHOUSE ROAD AND SAWMILL ROAD, AS WELL AS ADJACENT.

THE ACTION REQUIRED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION IS TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OR DENIAL AND FORWARD IT TO THE BOARD FOR A DECISION.

THE PROPOSED USE IS GENERALLY CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND THE SURROUNDING ZONING AND LAND USES.

THESE ARE COMMENTS FROM THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND TAKING COMMENTS FROM OTHER DEPARTMENTS.

JUST SUMMARIZING.

ANY THE ACTIONS THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED BY THE APPLICANT BEFORE THEY COULD BEGIN OPERATIONS.

THAT WOULD BE UPDATING THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IN THE BUILDING.

FOR HAVING A CHILD CARE CENTER, THEY NEED TO OBTAIN THEIR STATE LICENSE FOR THE CHILD CARE CENTER, WHICH IS IN PROGRESS, AND OBTAIN A COUNTY BUSINESS LICENSE, WHICH IS ALSO IN PROGRESS.

THERE WERE NO PUBLIC COMMENTS ON THIS AFTER ADVERTISING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE CODE.

AND STAFF'S RECOMMENDATION IS APPROVAL SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS, THAT THOSE CONDITIONS ARE SUMMARIZED THERE FOR YOU.

THERE'S FIVE OF THEM, AND THE SECOND ONE IS WAS ADDED IN IT COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS ONE THAT WENT CAME THROUGH.

SO THIS IS IF THEY DO HAVE ANY OUTDOOR PLAY AREAS THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO BE FENCED IN.

THEY WOULD NEED TO BE LOCATED TO THE SIDE OR REAR OF THE BUILDING, AND THEY NEED TO CLOSE THE THE PLAY AREAS BEFORE 6 P.M.
